Beginners Zugspitze

There are no moving carpets for absolute beginners on the Zugspitze. However, beginners can find easy slopes at almost all lifts. Beside the Sonnalpin, the Schneefernerkopf double tow lift provides access to easy slopes. From the Sonnalpin, an easy slope leads down to the Weißes Tal. The Sonnenkar 6-person chairlift takes you back up. At the Wetterwandeck 6-person chairlift, there is another longer, beginner-friendly slope.
