In “Kalis zauberhafte Winterwelt,” children learn to ski in a playful way: giant stone heads, a mountain crystal cave, dragon faces, and of course Kali himself help out—a cheerful winter fairy tale for the whole family. Since the 2022/23 season, a state-of-the-art combination lift with 6-seater chairs and 10-seater gondolas has been operating on Rittisberg.

The ski area is located on a high plateau below the Dachstein and faces south. That’s why it is said to have the “sunniest ski meadows in Austria.” But even away from skiing and after sunset, a snowy day in the Ramsau winter sports area is a lot of fun: the specially prepared toboggan run from Rittisberg, which is illuminated several nights a week, is one of the most beautiful and longest natural toboggan runs in the entire region. At regular intervals, there is a varied evening program for families and children with the ski instructors from Skischule Ramsau.
