Natural snow falls abundantly in Brighton. Big Cottonwood Canyon is one of the snowiest regions in North America, and Brighton is located at the very top of Big Cottonwood Canyon. On average, about 13 meters (500 inches) of snow fall each year. This makes Brighton one of the ski resorts in Utah with the highest snowfall. In addition, there is a snowmaking system.
Utah has registered the brand “Greatest Snow on Earth.” When there is fresh snowfall, the snow is truly outstanding for powder skiing. It is light, fluffy, and dry.
