The Brighton ski area is located in Big Cottonwood Canyon in the Wasatch Mountains in Utah, about a 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City. The slopes for skiing and snowboarding are complemented by exciting backcountry terrain for freeriding. The spacious snow park attracts freestyle enthusiasts to the Brighton winter sports area. It is also possible to ski from the Brighton ski area to the neighboring Solitude.
