The Spieljoch is completely covered with artificial snow from the mountain to the valley, making it very snow-sure. Most slopes are located in the upper area of the ski resort and usually receive plenty of natural snow as well. The valley run is the longest snow-covered valley run in the Zillertal, and even if the valley is green in the Zillertal, the valley run is usually open.
