Beginners Sölden
The two glaciers, the Giggijoch, and the beginner area Innerwald are the hot spots for beginners. The Tiefenbach Glacier offers very wide and easy slopes. It is an ideal and snow-sure beginner area with the Mini Tiefenbach practice lift located directly at the parking lot. Access to the Tiefenbach Glacier by car is possible until the winter ski area opens. The Giggijoch offers many easy slopes and is easily accessible from Sölden via the Giggijochbahn. From the Giggijoch, you can take easy slopes to commute between the glacier ski areas Rettenbach and Tiefenbach. The valley runs are not necessarily recommended for beginners. The beginner area Innerwald, slightly above Sölden, is also interesting. The Zentrum Shuttle safely takes beginners from the village center to the Innerwald practice lifts. A special beginner pass is available for the two beginner drag lifts.
