New 10-seater gondola lift to Festkogl Alm

The Rosskarbahn II provides more comfort at the Festkogl. Together with the Rosskarbahn I, the new 10-seater gondola lift connects the village of Obergurgl via a mid-station with the Festkogl Alm.

The new Rosskarbahn in Obergurgl, divided into Rosskarbahn I and Rosskarbahn II, replaces the Roßkar 4-seater chairlift in two independently operated sections. The modern D-Line lift system from Doppelmayr is equipped with state-of-the-art Omega V cabins. The comfortable gondolas impress with panoramic windows and heated seats. In addition to the comfort of the cabins and the independent operation of the two sections, another advantage of the 10-seater gondola is that non-winter sports enthusiasts now also have quick access from the village center to the Festkogl Alm and all its facilities.
