New 10-seater gondola lift to Festkogl Alm

The Rosskarbahn II provides more comfort at the Festkogl. Together with the Rosskarbahn I, the new 10-seater gondola lift connects the village of Obergurgl via a mid-station with the Festkogl Alm.

The new Rosskarbahn in Obergurgl, divided into Rosskarbahn I and Rosskarbahn II, replaces the Roßkar 4-seater chairlift in two independently operated sections. The modern D-Line lift system from Doppelmayr is equipped with state-of-the-art Omega V cabins. The comfortable gondolas feature panoramic windows and heated seats. In addition to the comfort of the cabins and the independent operation of the two sections, another advantage of the 10-seater gondola is that non-winter sports enthusiasts now also have quick access from the village center to the Festkogl Alm and all its facilities.
