Ski lifts/​ropeways Gurgl – Obergurgl-Hochgurgl

The Gurgl ski area now offers only the most modern lifts and cable cars, in line with the slogan “Top Quality Skiing.” From the valley, modern gondola lifts take you up to the ski areas of Hochgurgl and Obergurgl. Since the 2021/22 season, the new Rosskarbahn starts directly from the village center in Obergurgl. This state-of-the-art 10-person gondola features heated seats and Omega V cabins.

Obergurgl and Hochgurgl are perfectly connected by the Top Express eight-person gondola lift. In the ski area, almost all chairlifts are detachable (fast) and equipped with weather protection covers. The Kirchenkarbahn is also worth mentioning. This 10-person gondola starts at the Top Mountain Crosspoint and was extended by a second section for the 2018/19 season. For beginners, there are drag lifts, platter lifts, and conveyor belts.
