Access & on-site parking

Access is easy from the Rheintal motorway into the Montafon. From St. Gallenkirch/Galgenul, the road branches off and leads up a mountain road to Gargellen, the highest winter sports resort in the Montafon. Parking is available at the valley station of the Schafbergbahn. You should definitely not forget to bring snow chains when it is snowing.

Winter Closure

The Silvretta High Alpine Road is closed for the winter.
