Slope offering, variety of runs at the ski resort Åre
The Åre ski resort mainly offers easy and intermediate slopes. The difficult slopes are found only directly below the Åreskutan. This is where the World Cup races are held. All slopes above approximately 900 m are located on wide, treeless hillsides. All slopes below this altitude lead down through forest clearings. Intermediate and easy slopes alternate almost evenly throughout the ski area. The further you go from Sadeln towards Björnen, the easier the slopes become. In general, the slopes are wide and offer a magnificent view of Lake Åresjön.
