During our test, we consistently encountered friendly and helpful staff. Whether it was at the Sonnenlift mountain station, where they assisted a child who had fallen from the lift with tangled skis, at Köhlerhagen, where the bars were handed out with a smile, or at the cable car, where older gentlemen in the uniforms of the cable car operation spread good cheer.
