The evaluation is done as follows

Advanced skiing/powder snow skiing Willingen – Ettelsberg

There are no black slopes in the Willingen ski resort. However, the northern-facing runs of the Ettelsberg have a veritable slope in the middle section and moguls can build up in the afternoon, depending on snow conditions. The terrain between the slopes is more exciting. When there is enough snow, the only sparsely wooded heathland offers a great range of activity with numerous lines for freeriders - unique in the Sauerland.

Information for advanced skiers, freeriders
  • few freeride/deep snow areas
  • no mogul slopes

Most difficult run
  • Koehlerhagen 2 · Length 0.3 km · Elevation difference 70 m
Short, relatively steep, intermediate slope to the left of the Koehlerhagen 2 lift (when viewed from below). It's also possible to access the Ettelsberg cable car lfit from this slope.

General note: Always mind the avalanche warnings and barriers, please. Never ski into a closed and unsecured area.
