The ski resort Trojena – Neom (planned) is located in Asia.
For skiing and snowboarding, there are 36 km of slopes available. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 2,160 and 2,385 m.
The completely newly planned ski resort is scheduled to be completed by 2026. The 9th Asian Winter Games 2029 will then take place in this ski resort. It is the first and only ski resort in Saudi Arabia in the open nature with real snow. In addition to winter sports, ultra-luxurious family and wellness resorts, shops, restaurants, and other sporting activities such as water sports, mountain biking, and a nature reserve are also being developed.
