The Stubai Glacier impresses with a large number of wide slopes. Most of the slopes are easy and intermediate. For advanced skiers, there is a black slope, many challenging ski routes, and a large unsecured off-piste area available. The panoramic view over the Alps from the high-altitude slopes is magnificent.

Two ski routes lead down to the valley at the Stubai Glacier. The ski route Wilde Grub'n is a very beautiful, long, and challenging descent. The black ski route Fernau first passes through a tunnel and is then usually a narrow, very demanding descent. For beginners, it is recommended to take the cable car down to the valley.

The longest descent starts at the Wildspitz and leads over the Daunferner slope and the Wilde Grub'n ski route down to the Mutterberg valley station. The Wilde Grub'n ski route can be partially covered with artificial snow.

Slope tip
- Fernauferner
The "Fernauferner" slope runs below the 6-seater Fernau chairlift. In the upper section, it offers a beautiful view over the Stubai Valley. With the comfortable Fernau chairlift, the slope is also very easy to reach. Slightly more challenging is the parallel red slope "Pfaffenschneid." - Daunenhang
The slope at Daunenhang is very wide and you can carve to your heart's content here.
