The Mount Hotham ski resort in the Australian Alps offers slopes of all difficulty levels both above and below the tree line. The lifts provide access to runs on both sides of the well-known scenic route Grand Alpine Road. Ski tourers will also find plenty to enjoy. In addition to alpine skiing, the Mount Hotham winter sports area also offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, tobogganing, and dog sledding.
