Access, Parking Katschberg
The Katschberg ski resort is located on the border between Salzburger Land and Carinthia. It is easy and quick to reach via the A10 Tauern motorway (E55). If you are coming from the north, take the St. Michael exit (toll station) after the Tauern tunnel. Coming from the south on the Tauern motorway, the Rennweg am Katschberg exit is toll-free. The ascent to Katschberghöhe from Rennweg and St. Michael is a mountain road (bring snow chains!), while the drive to the entry point in St. Margarethen from the St. Michael motorway exit (toll station) has no significant incline. Parking is free of charge. There are plenty of parking spaces available for cars and buses.
