Beginners Hintertux Glacier (Hintertuxer Gletscher)
Beginners feel comfortable at the practice area at Sommerbergalm, which is located right next to the mountain station of the feeder lifts from Hintertux. There are also easy slopes on the glacier, although they can only be reached via intermediate runs. The easy slope at the Babylift Gletscherboden can be accessed by shuttle from the mountain station of the 10-seater gondola Gefrorene Wand. At the valley station in Hintertux, there is also a practice slope available for your first turns.
