6-person Lärmstange 2
Skiing comfort continues to improve on the Hintertux Glacier! As of the 2015/2016 winter season, the new 6-person Lärmstange 2 goes into operation. The new Lärmstange is a completely new lift in the Kaserer Kee area.All 62 seats are equipped heaters and weather protectors in order to guarantee a comfortable ride for all guests. The mountain station is located at 3135 m and provides access to snow-reliable slopes on the Kaserer and Olperer which are open all year.
2014/2015
Sommerberg-Tuxerjoch access
The path from the Sommerbergalm to the lifts on the Tuxerjoch has been leveled. As of fall 2014, a covered escalator will provide access to the lifts in the winter ski resort. The improved access is especially for beginners and children who use these slopes as an optimal starting point in learning to ski.Seat heating on the Tuxerjoch quad chairlift
In the previous years, the focus was on investment in the gastronomic area with the new Tuxer Fernerhaus and the Wirtshaus am Tuxer Ferner (wait-staffed restaurant). This year, improvements in comfort are the priority. The Tuxerjoch quad chairlift is a real "hot spot", quite literally. An additional seat heating system was installed making it the first chairlift on the Hintertux Glacier with heated seats.2013/2014

New Rookiepark Hintertux
As of December 2011, Shredheads, and those who want to become one, will discover a first-class playground where they can improve their skills in the new Rookiepark Hintertux . The new Rookiepark Hintertux on the Sommerberg awaits freestyle newcomers and of course, Old Dogs. The goal was to install a park suitable for everyone that enables complete greenhorns an awesome introduction to the scene. The 3-4 lines with a total of 18 jumps are shaped daily. The Tuxerjoch quad lift with bubbles provides comfortable access to the park and you can already look down on the park crowd from above on your way up.2010/2011
New Restaurant Hochleger
Comfort and coziness are emphasized in the new Hochleger self-service restaurant on the Sommerberg. The large sun terrace is one of the nicest places to relax and the spots around the fireplace are also very popular.Expansion of the snow-making facility in the Tuxer Fernerhaus area
