Beginners Hintertux Glacier (Hintertuxer Gletscher)

Beginners will feel at home at the practice area on the Sommerbergalm, which is located directly at the mountain station of the feeder lifts from Hintertux. There are also easy slopes on the glacier. You must ski on intermediate runs however, in order to get to the glacier slopes. At the base station in Hintertux, there is also a tow rope lift available for practicing the first curves.
