The Heavenly ski resort offers easy and wide slopes for the whole family. At the Tamarack Lodge, there is the Bear Cave Lodge for ski school children and an Adventure Park with tubing and the Ridge Rider Mountain Coaster (alpine coaster). At the Boulder Lodge and California Lodge, there are dedicated "Learn to Ride" areas with conveyor belts and practice lifts. The ski school also offers special programs for children and teenagers.
