The Hanslmühle was a dearly loved classic among the very small ski areas around Munich. For three generations, people have practiced skiing and snowboarding here, north of Moosburg an der Isar. As early as 1965, the first Doppelmayr drag lift in Germany began operating in the Hanslmühle ski area. The Hanslmühle was also equipped with floodlights for night skiing. Currently, the ski lift is in need of renovation and is temporarily out of service.
