The Hüttenkopfbahn at Golm, a 6-seater chairlift with weather protection covers, is the world's first chairlift with an integrated photovoltaic system. The solar installation is discreetly integrated into the station buildings of the Doppelmayr lift and generates around one third of the total electricity required by the Hüttenkopfbahn.
