The ski resort of Galsterberg focuses completely on families and children. The charming Galstiland is home to a Gallic children's area with lots of attractions. Three fun runs offer lots of thrills on the slopes for the whole family. Lessons for children from 4 years of age are available from the Amadeus ski school in the “Little amadeus” children's area. A 5-kilometre toboggan run completes the attractions.

Galstiland – the Gallic children's area

Galstiland at the mountain station of the gondola lift is home to the Gallic ski village. A magic carpet provides access to the entire area with talking Gallic figures and Gallic wooden huts. In the Roman watchtower, there is a perfect play area with space for indoor games and a great view over the Gallic ski slopes. The wild boar hunt in the Little Gallier Park is great fun for young children.

Galsterberg fun runs

The fun runs on the Galsterberg are located around the mountain station of the 10-person gondola lift and can be accessed from the button lift and moving carpet. The Funrun Bottelix Hinkelsteinbuch and Funrun Römerstraße VII offer lots thrills on the slopes for the whole family. The Funrun Little Gallier Park in the Galstiland is ideal for young winter sports fans.

“Little amadeus” children's area

The “Little amadeus” children's area is operated by the Amadeus ski school and is situated in the middle of the ski resort next to the mountain station of the gondola lift. At the moving carpet, there is a very easy practice slope, a wave run, a carousel and fun figures. Children can play to their heart’s content here and have fun as they learn to ski.

Toboggan run on the Galsterberg

Covering a distance of around 5 kilometres, the toboggan run on the Galsterberg leads from the mountain station of the gondola lift down to the base station. The toboggan run is also floodlit several evenings a week. Fun for the whole family.
