For skiing and snowboarding, there are 30 km of slopes available.
The planned Dolina Vasta ski resort is being developed in the Vasta Valley in Sochi National Park, less than an hour's drive from the Black Sea metropolis of Sochi. In addition to several lifts that are intended for year-round tourist use, the future resort will feature accommodations, restaurants, and a thermal bath. An exact opening date has not yet been set.
