There are many difficult slopes for advanced skiers and a good balance between powder snow runs and forest runs. Difficult slopes on Black Mountain lead down to the Raven Ridge quad chairlift. On Mount Strachan, the difficult slopes lead down beneath the Lion's Express high speed quad chairlift to the base.
