The Sebnitz ski area is operated by the local ski club Sebnitz e.V. Winter sports equipment can be rented at the ski lodge. Thanks to a 14,000-watt floodlight system, skiing is also possible at night. As an alternative to skiing and snowboarding in the Sebnitz winter sports area, the cross-country trails in the Sebnitz Forest at Buchberg are available.
