Slope offering, variety of runs at the ski resort Winterberg (Skiliftkarussell)
The range of slopes at the Skiliftkarussell was significantly enhanced for the 2012/13 season. On the one hand, this was achieved by expanding towards Sürenberg (three new slopes), and on the other hand, by connecting to the Kappe. The very attractive and varied runs there (including a 500 m long steep slope) are accessible via a new, almost one-kilometer-long slope that leads from Bremberg over the main road towards Kappe. Bremberg, now served by three six-seater chairlifts and two T-bar lifts, offers a whole array of longer runs. The slopes at Poppenberg stand out for their ideal profile for fast turns, while very gentle slopes dominate at Herrloh.

If you want to ski directly from Bremberg to Möppis Hütte, you need to turn onto the narrow ski trail just before the valley station of the Büre Bremberg X-press, which runs along the initially open opposite slope (Sürenberg).
Most difficult run

With a gradient of up to 50%, this is one of the few slopes in the Sauerland where even experts will feel their thighs burn. - St. Georg-Schanze downhill run · Length 0.2 km · Elevation difference 72 m
