Ski lifts at the ski resort Winterberg (Skiliftkarussell)
No other German ski resort has as many chairlifts or as many detachable chairlifts as the Winterberger Skiliftkarussell. Some of these lifts even feature conveyor belt entry. However, you won’t find seat heating or weather protection hoods here. Especially the latter would be very welcome on certain days, given the Atlantic climate. In the core ski area between Remmeswiese and Kappe, you can ski all day without ever needing to use a drag lift, as several new chairlifts have been added in recent years. Only those who want to make a detour to Kahlen Asten still have to use a T-bar lift.
