New - What to expect in the Alpine Arena Senales

From Christmas 2023, visitors can look forward to a new, modern reversible cable car from the manufacturer Doppelmayr with a cabin size of 80 passengers. Framed by a view of 126 three-thousand-metre peaks, this will take guests up to an altitude of 3,212 metres to the Grawand mountain station. From the coming winter season, there will also be a specially designated route for ski tourers, leading from Kurzras via the Teufelsegg hut to the Schönen Aussicht or to Grawand.

Expanded offering in Tirolis Kinderland and fun park

Ambitious ski kids can have their first experiences in the snow in the expanded children's area at the base station. Thanks to a magic carpet, the practice area with teepee and ski carousel for the little ones, is divided into two ability levels.Those on snowboards will find the newly designed glacier funpark with an easy line next to the Glocken lifts .

New this autumn: The Leo Gurschler ski slope!

The new black run is a training course for slalom and giant slalom specialists, offering the international elite in Alpine skiing the possibility to complete challenging training sessions at the Val Senales Glacier ski resort in early autumn.The total length of 550 meters can be covered with artificial snow when necessary. This results in an ideal, non-slip surface for professionals. But watch out, the Leo Gurschler ski slope is for professionals.

Expansion of the snow-making facility

The snow-making facility on the valley run has been generously expanded: nine propeller machines (Types T40 and M18 from Technoalpin) will be in use from now on so that, in normal conditions and with appropriate weather conditions, the valley run from the glacier to the Teufelsegg base station can open as of the beginning of November.
