Description Trysil

Two detachable six-seater chairlifts start from the Trysil Turistsenter, providing access to beautiful forest runs ranging from easy to intermediate. From the top station of both lifts, you can ski down to Skihytta. From there, a modern six-seater chairlift with weather protection hoods and heated seats takes you up to 1,100 meters, the highest point in the ski area.

No lifts go the final stretch up to the 1,132-meter-high Trysilfjellet. From the summit, you can ski down to all the lifts in the winter sports area. Via intermediate and, in the lower section, easy runs, you can glide down to Trysil Høyfjellssenter, where a dozen drag and platter lifts mainly serve easy slopes.

With the drag lifts Familietrekket or Stormyra, you can head back towards Trysilfjellet and, after a short descent, take the six-seater chairlift Toppekspressen back up. From here, you can decide where you want to go, as all lifts are accessible from the top. Highly recommended are the challenging runs at the double chairlift Svart`n or down to Høgegga, which are served by the detachable six-seater chairlift Høgekspressen.

The four-seater chairlift Knetta also starts from Trysil Turistsenter, serving the Trysil Snow Park. From the top station, you can continue towards Trysilfjellet with a drag lift or take several connecting trails down to the detachable six-seater chairlift to Høgegga.

Families and children are very welcome in Trysil and can have fun in the various children's areas. The mascot Valle is always part of the fun.

After a wonderful day of skiing, you can relax in the hotels or enjoy après-ski with live music.
