The ski resort offers a wide range of different alpine descents on its three slopes. Wide carving runs, long forest descents, gentle slopes, and several long ski routes keep winter sports enthusiasts of all skill levels on the move. The three areas of the ski resort—Langenstein, Kanzel, and Schöntaufspitze—are connected by linking runs or ski trails in the valley. Between Langenstein and Kanzel, some pushing is required.

Interconnection information
The two parts of the ski area around Schöntaufspitze/Kanzel and Langenstein are connected by a flat ski trail in the valley.

From all parts of the ski area, long runs of varying difficulty lead down to the valley. From the Langenstein lift, you take the red forest run to the valley station. There are also two ungroomed ski routes starting from there. From the Kanzel, blue and black slopes lead down to the valley. The valley run in the Schöntauf area is marked black and not recommended for complete beginners, but this run is not actually very steep.

Longest run

From the mountain station of the Schöntauf II chairlift, you ski in a wide arc along the blue Madritsch run. From there, the red valley run branches off, which turns into the black Kanonenrohr run at the mid-station of the gondola.
Most difficult run
- Gran Zebru · Length 1.8 km · Elevation difference 390 m
The black Panorama run Gran Zebru is located to the left of the Schöntauf II chairlift and branches off from the red run of the same name.
Slope tip
- Rosim
The Rosim slope is of intermediate to advanced difficulty and runs along the Rosim cable car through a forest clearing down to the valley. - Schöntaufspitze
The red run between the two Schöntauf lifts first leads over wide slopes and then winds its way between large rocks back to the lift stations. It’s a great run for carving or simply enjoying the view. - Des Alpes
From the chairlift of the same name at Langenstein, the slope leads between rocks past the Langenstein mountain station and then merges into the valley run. This is a very long and varied red slope that you shouldn't miss during a stay in Sulden.
