Access, Parking Sportgastein

Sportgastein is located at the end of the Gastein Valley, also known as Gastein. This Austrian valley is situated in the Pongau region of Salzburg. Arrival by car is usually via the A10 Tauern Motorway, exit Bischofshofen/Knoten Pongau. In the Gastein Valley, a mountain road leads from Böckstein, a district of Bad Gastein, to Sportgastein. On the toll-required Gasteiner Alpenstraße, however, no toll fee is charged with a valid ski pass. Free parking is available directly at the valley station.
