    Staff in the ski resort of Rusutsu are exceptionally friendly and obliging. They give a friendly greeting at all arrival and boarding areas. Assistance is always provided with boarding and disembarking at the gondola lifts. Falling snow is swept from the seats of the chairlifts. Even very tiny snowflakes are removed. It would be hard to find more helpful service. The ski resort of Rusutsu fully deserves its ‘friendliest ski resort’ rating by Skiresort.info in the 2018/2019 season.
