Rauris is very family-friendly. In Rauris, there are two ski schools with their own children's areas and lunchtime supervision. In the valley at the Hochalmbahn, children can improve their skills on the Schwazerwiese practice slope. Higher up in the ski area, there are many suitable slopes for families near the gondola lifts. However, the valley runs are very challenging. The Familyslope, a fun slope, excites the children. The toboggan run from Kreuzboden also offers variety. With the Jungfamilienkarte, a ski pass is offered that can be shared. Families without a babysitter can thus share a pass and officially pass it on to their partner.

Familyslope Rauris
The Familyslope of the Hochalmbahnen is a 700 m long adventure with steep turns, waves, kickers, and a tunnel spiral. It is located below the Hochalm.
Children's Area of the Adventure Rauris Ski School
The children's area at the valley station of the Hochalmbahn in Rauris features a magic carpet and a small practice lift. Children can practice optimally with the dedicated ski instructors.
Children's Area of the Karl Maier Ski School
The spacious children's practice area is located at the valley station of the Hochalmbahn in Rauris. It features its own magic carpet and rope lift. The snow bunny often drops by, and the ski school train is great fun for the children.
Toboggan Run Kreuzboden-Rauris
Fun for the whole family awaits on the toboggan run from Kreuzboden to Rauris. The Kreuzboden double chairlift takes you to the starting point. Toboggans can be rented. The toboggan run is illuminated. Night tobogganing is regularly offered in the evenings.
