Families feel very comfortable on the Mutterer Alm. The ski area is clearly laid out and offers many easy slopes for practice as well as more challenging ones for progression. The Skischule Tirol Mutters/Natters offers an excellent program for children. Success coach Dieter Bartsch, with the Race Academy, provides the opportunity to turn young skiers into World Cup racers. Toboggan runs and the Pistenbock (sled) complete the range of activities.

Right next to the mountain station of the Mutterer-Alm-Bahn is the children's area with a magic carpet. Nearby, at the Almboden drag lift, there is an ideal practice slope including a covered magic carpet. Another highlight is the fairy tale forest of the ski school. The team is very dedicated.
