The Ifenbahn I comes from Doppelmayr. The 10-seater gondola lift from the D-Line model series replaces the Ifenbahn 2-seater chairlift on the route from the valley to the Ifenhütte. The modern gondola also reduces the travel time to less than a third. At the mountain station, there is a direct connection to the Ifenbahn II. Continuing to the summit station with the Ifenbahn II is possible without changing lifts. Incidentally, the modern facility is also significantly quieter and more comfortable than its predecessor.
