The new gondola lift replaces the two double chairlifts from the valley to the ski area. The lift was purchased second-hand from the Großarltal ski area, where it operated as the Gondelbahn Hochbrand until 2023. With the construction of the new lift, the travel time is halved and the quality in the Fageralm ski area is significantly improved.
