For skiing and snowboarding, there are 75.8 km of slopes and 17.7 km of ski routes available. 21 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 710 and 2,050 m.
Since 2009, the Gipfelbahn has connected the villages of Damüls and Mellau to form the Damüls Mellau ski area. Since then, continuous investments have been made to modernize the existing facilities. Since the winter of 2015/16, a new 10-seater gondola lift has been transporting guests from Mellau
