Things tend to be quite quiet in the ski resort of Cardrona. People meet up in the Mezz Café between 3 pm and 5 pm for après-ski snacks or stay on until dinner. In Cardrona in the valley, you can meet up for a drink in the famous Cardrona Hotel at the end of your day on the slopes.

The Cardrona Hotel is one of the most famous après-ski spots in New Zealand. People meet up around the open fire after an action-packed day on the slopes and look back over the day’s events. Seating is available outside, at the bar or in the cosy lounge.
