Throughout the entire Åre ski area, you will find exclusive restaurants, rustic huts, and cozy lounges. Dining options are strategically distributed throughout the ski area. From the higher mountain huts, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Scandinavian mountains and the lake. Swedish specialties are mostly served. Public barbecue areas/fire pits and warming rooms are spread across the ski area.

Restaurant Hummelstugan
At the mountain station of the Hummelliften at 883 m
Hummelstugan is located in the heart of the Åre ski area and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake. Excellent cuisine and a large selection of wines attract guests. A fireplace provides cozy warmth.
720 Bar & Restaurang
At the mountain station Bräckeliften at 720 m
The "720" offers high-quality, regional cuisine. The chef presents new creations daily. An excellent selection of champagne and wines completes the offering. In addition, the modern bar also invites you to stop by. In good weather, the sun terrace entices with views of Åresjön and Renfjället.
Timmerstugan
At the valley station of the gondola lift at 420 m
The exclusive Timmerstugan offers sophisticated dishes. A wide selection of drinks completes the offering. In the evening, you can also enjoy a fondue here.

Buustamons Fjällgård
At the Rödkulle lifts at the tree line at 732 m
Probably the most rustic hut in the entire Åre ski area is Buustamons Fjällgård. Slightly secluded, you can enjoy regional specialties here in the cozy wooden lounge by the open fireplace. It also houses the smallest legal distillery in Sweden, where Buustamons Brandy is produced. Accommodation is also available.
Lilla Tyrolen
At the Järven lift in Åre Björnen at 620 m
The mountain hut Lilla Tyrolen offers a cozy lounge with lots of wood and an open fireplace. Typical regional dishes are served. A good selection of wines completes the offering.
Kastrullen
At the six-seater chairlift Sadelexpressen at 645 m
The rustic mountain hut Kastrullen offers excellent skier’s food, a bar, and a sun terrace. Just right for a lunch stop or a warm drink.
Platåkåtan
At the six-seater chairlift Fjällgårdsexpressen at 691 m
The rustic wooden hut features a warming fireplace and Swedish specialties. The sun terrace offers a fantastic view. Austrian Stiegl beer is served on tap here.
