Beginners Åre
The Åre ski resort is a paradise for beginners. Almost the entire winter sports area can be explored by beginners on easy and very easy slopes. The only exception is the slope from Sadeln towards Åre. However, experienced beginners can also master these wide slopes. In Åre Björnen, there are many easy drag and button lifts with wide and gentle slopes. Conveyor belts complete the range of facilities here. The Mårdenliften in Åre Björnen can be used completely free of charge. Rödkullen also offers an excellent beginner area with a conveyor belt and easy drag and button lifts. The Rödhakeliften can also be used completely free of charge here. You can even ski from the summit down to all base stations in Åre via easy slopes. In some places, easy connecting trails link the individual slopes.
