The Wurzeralm ski resort is located in the Pyhrn-Priel region in the south of Upper Austria, on the border with Styria. It is situated directly on the important north-south axis of the Pyhrn Autobahn A9. If you are coming from the south, you will need to pay an additional toll for the Bosruck Tunnel, in addition to the motorway vignette. No additional toll is required when coming from the north.
