The Wildmooslift ski area was located directly at the Neuhäusl/Bad Dürrnberg border crossing and offered beginners an ideal environment for skiing and snowboarding. The ski lift marked the exact border line between Austria and Germany. Regular ski courses were held in the Wildmooslift winter sports area. The Wildmooslift has been closed down.
