Ski lifts at the ski resort Thredbo

From the Valley Terminal and Friday Flat, fast four-seater chairlifts take you up into the Thredbo ski area. The Merritts Gondola connects the Valley Terminal with the Cruiser Area via a mid-station. The Cruiser Area is also served by a fast four-seater chairlift. Friday Flat in the valley is served by a four-seater chairlift and several conveyor belts. In the upper areas of Central Spur and The Basin, drag lifts pull winter sports enthusiasts up the mountain. A drag lift leads all the way to the summit at 2,037 m, which is also the highest point in Australia accessible by ski lift.
