Child-friendly rating/family-friendly rating Sudelfeld – Bayrischzell
Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows
With the Snuki children's area at the Waldkopfbahn lift and the Wintererlebnispark Bayrischzell on the Tannerfeld, the ski resort of Sudelfeld offers two attractive children's areas. Both of these children's areas can be reached easily on foot from the car parks. A special family ski pass for parents and their children aged 6 to 15 years old make Sudelfeld very attractive from a financial point of view as well. The wide slopes on the Mittleres Sudelfeld, the snowpark and the freeride-cross courses are ideal for the whole family.
The segregated children's area is located at the Waldkopfbahn lift on the Unteres Sudelfeld and can be reached by foot from the Waldkopf-Himmelmoos car parks. The Snuki children's area has a moving carpet and a children's lift. Different aids and shaping of the terrain make learning to ski fun. No ski pass is needed to use the children's area. A small fee is simply charged at the entrance.
On the outskirts of Bayrischzell, slightly outside the ski resort of Sudelfeld, you can find the Wintererlebnispark Bayrischzell on the Tannerfeld. There is a children's area here with an easy slope and a moving carpet. Young children can practise their first turns here away from busy slopes. The Skischule Sudelfeld and Skischule Bayrischzell ski schools offer professional ski instructors. A snowtubing run completes the offering.
