The Eichenhof area in St. Johann in Tirol underwent extensive modernization for the 2017/18 winter season. The new Eichenhof 10-seater gondola lift replaces the Eichenhof I drag lift and now offers a convenient and especially comfortable entry into the ski area.
Children, beginners, and ski schools particularly benefit from the high-quality access provided by the 10-seater gondola lift. Thanks to the location of the valley station right next to the parking lot, the lift is also suitable for pedestrians who want to reach the “Grander Schupf” hut as barrier-free as possible.
The 24 cabins of the 10-seater gondola cover a distance of 904 meters from the valley station on the outskirts of St. Johann in Tirol up to the “Granderschupf,” transporting up to 1,880 people per hour. Here, there is a connection to the new Eichenhof II 6-seater chairlift.
