There are cross-country trails in all the villages of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The gently rolling landscape is perfect for cross-country skiing. Trails start in Going, Ellmau, Scheffau, Söll, Itter, Hopfgarten, Westendorf, and Brixen im Thale. The trails even extend as far as St. Johann in Tirol and Kitzbühel. It’s no coincidence that the Koasalauf takes place at the Wilder Kaiser. There is a high-altitude trail in Brixen im Thale, as well as a floodlit and snow-covered night trail in the village of Scheffau.
