Ski lifts at the ski resort Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau
The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau offers a wide range of modern lift facilities. Gondola lifts depart from Auffach in Wildschönau and from Alpbachtal, taking guests into the main ski area. The connecting lift Alpbach-Wildschönau, an 8-seater gondola, allows for a quick transfer between the Wiedersberger Horn in Alpbachtal and the Schatzberg in Wildschönau. Since the 2022/23 season, the state-of-the-art 6-seater chairlift Hornbahn 2000 leads to the highest point in the ski area. Here, the 360° viewing tower at the “Top of Alpbachtal” is a real highlight.
At the Wiedersberger Horn, fast 6-seater chairlifts with weather protection covers and heated seats are available, and at the Schatzberg, fast 6-seater chairlifts are also a highlight. Several drag lifts and a conveyor belt at the Schatzberg Zwergenland are available for beginners. The ski schools operate additional conveyor belts.
In addition to the main ski area, there are more ski lifts in the two valleys. In Niederau in Wildschönau (Markbachjoch and Lanerköpfl), there is a gondola lift, a detachable chairlift with weather protection covers, and many drag lifts. Drag lifts operate in the valley at Oberau, Roggenboden, Alpbach, and Kramsach. At the Reither Kogel in Reith im Alpbachtal, a modern gondola lift takes guests to the top, and additional drag lifts serve visitors.
