Access, Parking Schmittenhöhe – Zell am See

The ski resort is located in the Zell am See-Kaprun holiday region and starts in Zell am See, Schüttdorf, and Viehhofen. The entry point in Viehhofen in the Glemmtal valley was created with the construction of the zellamseeXpress 10-seater gondola lift in the 2019/20 season. The ski resort can be reached via the motorways from Siegsdorf (toll-free via Germany), Wörgl, and Bischofshofen. The nearest motorway is about 50 km away. There are plenty of free parking spaces at the areitXpress in Schüttdorf, at the zellamseeXpress in Viehhofen, and in Schmittental at the valley station. In Zell am See, parking is only available in the paid underground garage, not directly at the lift.
